Drafts

I'm happy to look at students' drafts. However, I cannot comment on drafts send via email (given that there are 160 students in this course). If you want me to look over a draft of your essay, you need to get the draft ready well before the due date, and either bring it to my office hours or make an appointment to see me.

I have taped the last two lectures (Monday 31 March and Wednesday 2 April). However, I haven't yet figured out how to upload the lectures on to our website. When I do that, I'll send out an email to students (It might take a week).

Corrections to Syllabus

• My office hours are incorrectly listed on the syllabus as 12-2 on Wednesdays. That should read 2-4 Wednesdays.
• The research essay is 2,000 words (incorrectly listed on p. 18 as 2,500 words)
• I've listed the first exam date (p. 11) as 6-9th June. The 9th is a public holiday. Your exam is now due on 10th June.
• For the sake of fairness, the make-up exam date is now 13-17 June
