Race, Empire and Bondage II

This course builds on the insights gained in ‘Race, Empire and Bondage 1’ and continues our investigation of unfree labour in the Caribbean, South Africa and Australia through specific topics of analysis. We will also follow through general themes of race, sexuality and the British Empire through a range of theoretical approaches.
